Adesemoye is a development finance economist, seasoned bank regulator and supervisor. He is a dynamic and visionary leader with over 32 years of progressive experience in banking services. His Executive and Senior Management responsibilities which spans over 18 years have been focused on Banking Regulation and Supervision of Other Financial Institutions (OFls), Development Financing, Risk Management and Execution of strategic business improvement initiatives and programs including process automation and core and agent banking solutions,and
industry wide transformational projects with high level of success. He is adept in identifying the strengths of his subordinates, providing coaching and mentoring for enhanced performance.
Adesemoye as an astute program manager was a previous Head Project Administration Team (PAT) of Nigerian housing finance program ,which was supported by the IDA facility of the World Bank and later the Nambuit core and agent banking solutions for the Microfinance banks industry in Nigeria.
Prior to that role, he managed deployment of CBN supervisory component of RUFIN an IFAD supported rural finance project and other USAID funded process automation project and Banking industry Surveillance solutions (Fina4MFB) & Financial Institutions Application Processing Systems (FIAPS) which he initiated for CBN.
